DeAnn Daley Holcomb
DeAnn Daley Holcomb is an award -winning journalist, published author
and full-time writer. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a
Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism. DeAnn was a television news
reporter at the ABC affiliate television station KAMC-TV in Lubbock, TX.
She moved to Midland-Odessa, TX where she worked at the ABC affiliate
television station KMID-TV as a television news reporter and anchor and
later became news director. As her family transferred to Dallas, TX,
DeAnn joined the staff of the Plano Star Courier as a newspaper
reporter. She later became the associate editor for Health and Fitness
Sports magazine in Dallas until the publication closed. DeAnn
continues working today as a writer for local and national magazines
and is hard at work on her second novel, Beyond the Shadows, a
mystery, romance novel. DeAnn lives in Texas with her husband, Greg
and son, Spencer. When she is not at work on her laptop computer you
can find DeAnn on the sidelines of Spencer’s football or baseball
games, cheering the teams on to victory.
